About my header

My shed is my header by my son Darrell, He painted the Robin for me and said that it reminded him of me. Because Robins use other birds nest and if there is an egg in it, they will take care of it just like its their own. He said thats what I do, I have always taken care of others in need of a home when I come across someone in need. Isnt that Sweet, I had told him I wanted a bird and this is the one he chose. Robins have solid blue eggs which are the symbols for him and his brothers and the speckled egg are the others I have taken into my home. It was very touching to me because he researched his piece, He is a true artist and has lots of great jobs. my neighbor had hers done to

Charming Travelers Giveway

I won the Charming Travelers pack and Now its my turn to Host the giveaway.. read the rules and sign up. You must be a member of my blog, only active bloggers !This started in April its neat watching it travel and I cant wait to actually see whats in it, I have some beautiful fabric by Moda to put in it & and extra prize just for you !

The Charming Travelers

Here's how it'll work:

Blankpages put together 56 charm squares from her stash (1 yards worth of fabric). Some from charm packs, some cut from larger fabric cuts.
One person will win it through this giveaway here on SimpleSew
I will send the charms to the winner. They will take out the charms they want. THEN replace the missing charms with some of their own charms (either from precuts, or cut from their stash).You MUST promise to send it on - always with 56 charms.
All charms must be squared up to 5" x 5".
ONLY quilter quality fabrics allowed! No batiks, flannels, voile, Joann's or Hancock's fabrics, etc. Can be prints or solids.
Opened to US and Canada residents only. check out Blankpages for international residents.
