THIS BRINGS ME TO MY ALYOF....GOALS..mmmm !!! Well I have been talking about this for 2years, I am a big fan and friend of maureen cracknell's and love the bold colors. she was my first blogging buddy.. now stephanie made this gorgeous quilt..
My ( drum roll) goal will be to make one. I have all the fabrics and now a clean room. 
I have read alot of blogs this week, about cleaning, de-stashing, resolutions, and pot holders.. yeah I am doing all that too.....but for ME to blog..about.........................( I always jump to big)....and my camera is full..it holds 800 pictures.. I cant wait to edit that !  so I had to give you  a phone pic of  a few things I am working on.

goal is :) I will make one of the herringbone squares,, I think its 18 " .. my  monthly goal for January will be 1 block and selecting the fabric.. You know thats the fun part.. I will use MC's method and blog it.

My Scrappy QIP.......ALMOST THERE.. My Greece BB, gave me a great tip on the pattern for quilting....all these fabrics mean something to me . its for the Bed in my Studio.. I cant wait to lay with it and read....I just laid it on the bed, to see. MUST SET THE STRIPES

My ganDkids..........yes its spelled right.. These are cool pics on a Ranch ......from a phone my son sent me.

My ABC Quilt, I am at letter I........... need to work on that.. The Letter D is a special letter in our family, it unites my sons and their sons.......I must do more with it....

My New Lovely Year of Finishes Goal

Tumbler pirate quilt for my gandson ! 

I made one for my ganddaughter due  Nov  28th, its a fast quilt with the tumbler ruler and 2 charm packs. 
 









Yesterday I cleaned up scraps and made me a Selvage bucket for one of those cute projects, from Missouri Star quilt is where I got the idea and ruler

    My Scraps were out of control !!!

I am also EPP at the park when I take the gandkids, My mom made a request for a sewing machine cover.

Cross stitching Daily on my Halloween Sampler I started yesterday. I am a season stitcher, So when October was over I didn't work on it again, but decided to get it done this month so I will have it for Halloween.
We have a Rainy Day today, perfect for sewing and stitching and cooking a good meal....... Have a great week, I am going to make some comfort food!
