Tumbler pirate quilt for my gandson ! 

I made one for my ganddaughter due  Nov  28th, its a fast quilt with the tumbler ruler and 2 charm packs. 
 









Yesterday I cleaned up scraps and made me a Selvage bucket for one of those cute projects, from Missouri Star quilt is where I got the idea and ruler

    My Scraps were out of control !!!

I am also EPP at the park when I take the gandkids, My mom made a request for a sewing machine cover.

Cross stitching Daily on my Halloween Sampler I started yesterday. I am a season stitcher, So when October was over I didn't work on it again, but decided to get it done this month so I will have it for Halloween.
We have a Rainy Day today, perfect for sewing and stitching and cooking a good meal....... Have a great week, I am going to make some comfort food!

WEST TEXAS , WACO TRIBUTE FOR FIRERIGHTERS FROM STITCH NICHE STITCHERS

WEST (CBSDFW.COM/AP) — On April 17, an explosion at a fertilizer plant in West, Texas, leveled part of the small town. Most of the victims were first responders from fire departments in West and other nearby towns that were on the scene trying to control the fire that preceded the blast.

 I live in Arlington, Texas, USA... I am a proud member of a local Stitching Group that works out of Stitch Niche, its where we all go for our hand stitching needs and framing. During Spring retreat this year the owner asked us if we would like to stitch the firemans prayer for the firefighters that she personally knew that were effected and killed by the explosion. Of coarse I agreed. Some of us are taking turns stitching 2 lines and this will be presented to the fire house and money we have donated in their honor. I just completed my 2 lines and wanted to share with you. sewing is more than putting something together with thread.. xoxo

I say on this Independence Day, thank you to all our Veterans, armed and unarmed service women and men. Thank you for keeping me safe in my home..
